Chelsea Phua is an Associate Partner at international communications consultancy firm Bell Pottinger. She provides strategic counsel in public and investor relations to a broad spectrum of companies, including those listed on the Singapore Exchange, helping them to communicate their story and business profile. She has more than 16 years of experience working in the media, finance and communication industries. She has worked for The New York Daily News, the Providence Journal, the Associated Press and The Sacramento Bee. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Journalism from New York University. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga and scuba diving.
