Yoojung Lee is an investigative reporter at the Korea Center for
Investigative Journalism, South Korea’s first nonprofit online
investigative newsroom. Her work focuses largely on revealing injustice
and abuse of power, with a focus on government and corporate
accountability and human rights issues. She has worked with the
International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) on a series
of projects such as the Offshore Leaks, Lux Leaks, and Swiss Leaks. As
part of the Panama Papers investigation this year, she exposed the
secret offshore holdings of Ro Jae Hun, a son of former South Korean
President Roh Tae-woo.
