Kevin Lau is the Career Strategist for the Journalism and Media Studies Centre at The University of Hong Kong. He provides career mentoring as well as job and internship placements for the journalism students. In addition he teaches new media and online journalism.

Over the years, Kevin has produced work for industry leading and innovative companies such as CNN, Ubisoft, Revision3, G4techTV, Iconoculture and DirecTV. During his time at KBN Media, Kevin helped created the pilot for the show that became Enfoque Asia on CNN Espanol. At Ubisoft, Kevin produced and developed video game teasers and the “Developer diary” series for the AAA video game title Tom Clancy’s Endwar. While at Revision3, Kevin also the co-created the popular web show “inDigital: Your Life in Gear”, a show about consumer technology and gadgets.

A native of Los Angeles, California, he has a Master’s degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Multimedia and Entertainment.
