Based in Seoul, Taewon manages partnerships with YouTube online partners including music labels, studios, news and individual creators. The majority of his working hours involves helping YouTube partners grow their YouTube channels, engage with audience and build business on and off platform. He supported many news media companies starting 2013 to better manage their digital archive, monetize more and spread words on digital platform. Recently, he has been leading Account Management Program in Asia to build programatic approach to support many small and middle sized YouTube partners.
